Set in East Sussex, South East England. Offering short term respite care and long term respite care for adults from the age of 18 years and over. Designed specifically to be mobility friendly, have a relaxed holiday feel. Disabled and wheelchair service users are welcome. Four of the eight rooms are designed to cater for wheelchair dependent users.

Syd Hoffman has been a resident of the East Valley for 30+ years. She has an extensive background in education, including 16 years as a classroom teacher and over a decade as an elementary school owner.

An avid hiker, cardio class attendee, and weight lifter, Syd first tried yoga in 2005 to stretch her tight hamstrings and has practiced daily ever since! While practicing yoga in Tuscany in May 2008, Syd first dreamed of opening her own studio. Joyful Yoga Studio found its spacious home just six month later.

Syd has searched the Phoenix metropolitan area for the best teachers! She will not hire a treacher unless she has personally taken his/her class. She is truly committed to having the best staff. Syd envisions Joyful Yoga Studio as a community endeavor, where students and teachers work together to create a harmonious environment that welcomes all students at all ages and levels
